Terms of Service

NextMove Career provides career consulting deliverables — CV writing, cover letters, interview preparation and career guidance — delivered through a private client portal. The exact scope of each package is described on its dedicated page and forms part of these terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

• Launch — €49. Advance — €79. Interview Preparation — €189. Career Guidance — €189.
• Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payment is taken in full before work begins, through our payment provider. We never store your card details.

Delivery timelines start once your questionnaire is complete and any requested documents are uploaded. Most projects are delivered within five to seven working days. Delays caused by incomplete or late information extend the timeline accordingly.

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on its page. When a draft is submitted for review, you can accept it or request changes from your portal. A deliverable is considered accepted once you approve it, or 14 days after submission if no feedback is received.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our services begin immediately at your request, you expressly ask us to start during that period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed. If work has started but is not complete, you may withdraw and be charged in proportion to the work already delivered.

You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide. Once payment is settled, you own the final deliverables produced for you and may use them freely. The website, templates, methodology and portal software remain the property of NextMove Career and may not be copied or resold.

AI tools assist with drafting speed. Every document is reviewed and edited by a human consultant before delivery and nothing is released without your approval.

We provide professional consulting work, not employment outcomes. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, admissions or any specific result from using our deliverables.

• Do not submit false information, or content belonging to someone else without permission.
• Do not attempt to access other clients' projects, disrupt the platform or scrape its content.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these rules, after notice where reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a package is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

You can close your account at any time from the portal settings. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for services already delivered. Data retention after closure is described in our Privacy Policy.
